Geekiest Moment: I had a study period my senior year in high

The Truth Behind The Geek (*creative liberties taken for the benefit of the reading audience)
J.R., who always dreamed of becoming Commander Keen when he grew
up, has been computing since the age of eleven. J.R. was always a bright kid,
but didn't apply himself in school. Instead of using his time to study,
he slacked off, spending his time playing Apogee games and Pyramid
Solitaire. He hoped, that by the time he was ready to graduate,
information implants would be a reality, and he could just plug in the
chips he needed to function in the real world.
