Geekiest moment of your life:
When my two patches were accepted into the Linux kernel.

When did you first realize you were a geek:
When I taught my high school class about Linux.

Have you ever said anything geeky that someone else did not understand:
It happens all the time when I try to explain Linux to a family member.

What is the funniest/most bizarre computer/Internet/geeky experience you have ever had:
During a computer networking lecture I was sitting next to a tool kit for the A+ computer repair certification. The teacher was talking about macs and I was very bored, so I started playing with the tweezers. I wasn't paying attention and they ended up in an electrical outlet. I got a shock and the sparks from the tweezers jumped and caught my sweater on fire. I patted down my arms and thought it was out, but it had spread to my back, so I had to take my shirt off and stomp it out. Luckily I wasn't injured. I was really surprised because no one went for the fire blanket or the fire extinguisher. They all just sat and stared at me while it was happening.

If I was a program I'd be:
A virus, because I'd give people one more reason to stop using Windows.

What is your favourite quote:
"It is better to be silent and thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt." -- Mark Twain

What do you do when you are (heaven forbid) not at your computer(s):
I usually unicycle, watch TV, get drunk, and eat chicken fingers (in that order).

You have a time machine that can only be used once. If you use it you will not come back. What date would you set it to, and what ONE thing would you take with you (not a computer):
1965; My fully stocked up ipod and a charger to score big on record contracts.
